Description

This card has a silver border with a glitter edge. Down the left hand side is a real pink ribbon tied in a bow three quarter of the way up. The rest of the card depicts a summer garden scene. In the background is a white gazebo with a white picket fence. In the foreground is a white cast iron table and chairs, which has various potted plants with red and pink flowers. On the table is a brown lantern, in front of the table there is some red knee length gardening boots, to the right of this is a green wicker basket full of freshly picked red flowers. Dotted around the card there are butterflies and vines which are embellished with silver foil. The entire picture is embellished on its outlines with silver foil and silver glitter. At the top of the card are the words “To a wonderful Mother Happy Birthday”.

The next two pages are paper inserts in white which has a pink border made up of vines, flowers and butterflies. On the left hand side is a mirror image of the front of the card. On the right hand side in pink is the verse “Because you’re some one special this message comes to say, you’re thought so much of today and every day, it’s also filled with love and a wish for happiness, because someone so lovely deserves only the best. Happy Birthday”.
