Description

This card has a blue ribbed foil border on the right hand side. There is a dotted line broader at the top of the page and under this in blue foil it has the words “To a wonderful grandad sending you” below this is an oblong banner in blue foil with a dashed white edged border. On top of this is the word “Birthday”. Some letters have a pale blue pattern, some letters have a dark blue pattern. The Y extends to half way down the page. Below the banner it has the words “Wishes” below this again in blue foil are the words “Because this birthday greeting is sent with you in mind, all the wishes that it holds are the very special kind, wishes for a perfect day that’s happy through and through, with the very best things that life can bring to you”. To the left of these words is a beach scene with a small yacht in the foreground with its sails up. At the bottom of the card it has the same border as the top and then the bottom right hand corner it has a little horizontal banner with the words “Enjoy your day”.

The next two pages are paper inserts with a blue weaved pattern with dotted line borders in white and blue. There are pale blue star fish dotted around. On the left hand side in the centre on a white background with a dotted blue border in blue it has the words “You’re someone very special and this wish that comes your way, is that you’ll have so much joy and happiness today”. On the other page it has the same but with the words “And hoping that the year ahead will hold in store all the very happy things that you’ve been wishing for. With love on your Birthday”.
