On the front page it has the words “Son Happy Birthday” in raised silver lettering and there is a football inside the letter “O” of “son”.

The card opens up into three. The card inside has a green background with green swirls. In the middle of the card there is a white shield with a red border and with the words “……And Full of all the things you like best! Happy Birthday Son”.

On the right of the card the young cartoon boy is now holding the football in his left hand and waving with his right.

On the third page the background is yellow swirls, with the young boy at the bottom right and the football in the air as if he has just headed it. On this page there are three boxes with the words “Hope Your Birthday is very happy”.
