This card has a white background.  The edges of the card are decorated with pink flowers and green and pink ferns which are embellished with silver glitter. In the centre of the card in purple foil, blue, green, pink are the words, “To a wonderful Cousin special birthday wishes just for you”.

The next two pages are three quarter paper inserts which are on a pink background. The paper inserts have a white background and the same border as the front page. On the left-hand side in red are the words, “Here’s hoping that your Birthday and the year you’re starting too, will bring a world of pleasure especially for you…” on the right-hand side, the verse continues, “…Because you’re thought so much of and no matter what the day, you’re always wished more happiness than words can ever say. Happy Birthday.” This card has a pink envelope.
