This card has a large gold fish bowl as the background. At the top in black, are the words, “I’m so sorry I forgot your Birthday…”. Below this is a large goldfish with a cute brown face, big eyes and large puckered lips. The goldfish’s front fins are clasped to the cheeks giving a look of shock. Below the goldfish again in black are the words “…But you know me…”.

On the next page is a mirror image of the goldfish bowl on a teach table. On the right hand side are the words “…I’ve got the memory of a goldfish!”.
